For those of you who have been reading my blog since the beginning – thank you from the bottom of my heart! This post is for you, remember all those posts I used to do where I leapt around like a maniac? There were alot of them and a few real doozies… but its really not an easy feat when you’re using a self timer. I’ve modelled in more than a few fashion editorials where I’ve been jumping around the place too – my favourite being this one for New Zealand Cleo, shot by an idol of mine, Aussie photographer Steven Chee. I honestly love jumping for photos because its pretty challenging to get the pose just right in time for that split second capture. Unfortunately I have a notorious flaw which comes out in full force when I’m being photographed in movement and that’s that I point my fingers. Everytime. I can’t help it!
Thanks so much to Jess (Tuula) for taking these for me – managed to get alot in focus in between laughing her ass off. I really did look like a total goober – for everyone good leap you do about 20 bad ones… maybe more! My outfit is pretty simple – nothing original here – sporty and casual. Surprise surprise.
