Life is moving a real pace! And its hard for me to keep up – and every time I speak to my blogger friends I learn they are in really simlar predicaments. I wonder if this ‘fashion blogger’ phenomenon will slow down anytime soon…? Or if it’s really just an indicator of things to come – like with all these youtube celebrities who have millions and millions of followers, more influential than major movie stars or singers. Web celebrities! Web-lebrities! Haha!
While I do have a pretty healthy following online, I don’t have people stopping on the street or asking for my autograph regularly. Which makes me wonder about Fashion Bloggers TV – because suddenly I’ll have an entirely new kind of audience and also be showing my work in a completely new way, uncensored and unfiltered. I realise I’m going to be putting myself in a pretty vulnerable position, being judged for not only my work but my personality and mannerisms. I hope I can handle it! And I hope you also don’t find me too strange! I’m not really as composed or elegant as my pictures often seem… they are just like that because I used to work as a model!
It’s all part of an escalating adventure – and I’m glad I can continue share it with you. I’m very much looking forward to going to NYFW next week – but apparently the weather is going to be horrible. 30 degrees and heavy rain. NASTY!
