When it comes to getting your arse to the gym, the struggle is REAL!
And with a struggling mindset, looking good is a whole ‘nother battle, but inspiration is major key to getting up, looking good, and kicking ass!
Kendall and Gigi are my favorite style icons, not just on streets, but even on days they’re getting their booties to the gym. It’s called athleisure – just kidding, they’re really going to the gym. Mastering stylish gym-wear is all about looking effortless, yet showing you’re about to work hard and achieve results in attitude.
It’s perfectly normal to love both fashion and a good workout so here’s a formula to dress for the gym like a model:
1. Wear leggings (pattern, paneled, or solid)
2. Add a midriff baring top (or just a sports bra)… Cleavage baring OK…
3. Toss on a cool-girl jacket (in other words, a bomber)
4. Add oversized sunglasses
This just happens to be one of my favorite #GymReady looks and it’s super easy to achieve. Throw in a tote and it makes a killer off-duty attire. All day. Everyday.
