My Go-To Breakfast Smoothie

It’s a brand new month and with that comes a little bit more sun on the other side of the world. Being down under means I already get to enjoy the big sea, beautiful sand, and walks in the dreamy sunset. Sunshines necessitate cold brews so I’m sharing one of my favorite go-tos today: The Vanilla Choco Breakfast Smoothie. It’s packed with all the feel-good ingredients you need and completely energy boosting making it perfect for early mornings and I must even say afternoon pick-me-ups. Now you can make it yourself:

Recipe

  • 1 Banana
  • Coconut Water
  • 1 Tsp Maca Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 8 Almonds
  • 1 Tbsp Pepitas
  • 1 Tbsp Linseeds
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Nibs
  • Ice

Procedure

Add all ingredients together and BLEND! Pour into a glass and sprinkle with Shredded Coconut and Chia Seeds! ENJOY 🙂
